江苏猎头公司这一行泥沙俱下良莠不齐,而且很多人对这行太陌生了,不知道哪个公司好哪个公司坏,当然对已经有工作的候选人来说,猎头公司出名与否并不重要,重要的是他们案子多不多,能不能及时的找到你,这帖主要是给没毕业的小孩和打算进入这个行业但是不太了解的人看的,为了更多有潜质的新人能够展露头角,加强行业专业度罢了,同时也是为了避免某些不太了解的人说出Adecco比KronFerry还要大还要好的话(真的有见过有人说),如果您已经是行家里手了,也没必要觉得我班门弄斧,有不足的地方,还请您斧正。
 

江苏猎头公司首先普及几个基本概念

第一,江苏猎头公司不是中介,中介是那种收你钱然后帮你找工作的,但是猎头不一样,他们服务对象是客户公司,有职位空缺出来了,才会通知猎头让他们去找人,他们把市场上符合某一类职位和要求的所有人统称为talentpool,不存在那种猎头小说里面说的这个人是完美的候选人,是行业牛人,出名无比,各家公司都来抢的情况,看猎头自己找人的能力,能力强的,pool足够大,一般每个职位都会推5-6个候选人,所以相对来讲,猎头更关注的是客户公司的想法,而不是候选人的想法;

第二,通常意义上来说,猎头猎头,猎的都是各个公司的头头脑脑才叫猎头,但是这两年公司为了节省人力成本,越来越多的公司把自己的人力招聘工作外包给猎头公司做了,也就是所谓的RPO了,另外国内求职市场很特殊,智联51等等用那些找找大学生还成,一旦有senior一点的职业经理人岗位,很多HR就搞不定了,也不能明目张胆的去直接挖对手公司的人,会造成行业竞争,所以这年头基本上年薪过30W的职位差不多都会由猎头来做了;

第三,大规模批量招聘的叫RPO,recruitmentprocessoutsourcing,招的职位都是junio为主,甚至有很多猎头公司直接打着客户的名义进入高校做校园招聘的,你们以为他们西装革履,保洁联华的,其实可能就是猎头公司的过来,替客户跑腿省钱罢了,这跟我当年把北大清华就业办电话打爆是一个道理。另一种多是招经理人级别以上的,不是走量,而是定点挖人的,就叫做所谓的executivesearch了,其实严格来说应该是叫peoplesearch,因为真正的Executive全公司可能也就不到20人,这两种模式操作手段和职业前景完全不一样,市场行情来讲,RPO走量,对人手需求肯定更多,换言之RPO的工作机会更容易找,但是我个人来讲,得劝您好好三思了,对一个应届生来讲,第一份工作往往是学东西为主,你觉得每天跟30多个月薪5K的候选人交流学的东西多还是每天跟7,8个月薪5W的候选人交流学到的东西多呢?一般来说那种很老派的做ES的猎头(RPO这种新鲜玩意儿是这几年才有的,而且号称是未来的发展趋势),都瞧不起RPO,我顾问的观点就是,RPO走量,就好像是服装厂里面的流水线工人,手艺再熟练,最后也是个工头,做ES的话,因为精耕细作,就好像是私人裁缝,苦心钻研最后就可能成为designer,做RPO的工人不会赚很多钱,钱都被工厂的老板赚了,而我之前在外服的师兄说话就更过分了,他们当年给上海世博做RPO项目,招人来就随便问问英语,讲几句That'syourname,howareyoudoing就结束了,他认为这样的工作毫无技术含量,压根不值得考虑作为职业发展。虽然说RPO肯定是企业和经济未来的发展方向了,不过我还是希望广大应届毕业生,在选择这条路前,能好好思考下,热爱做RPO的人可能觉得我胡说八道,那么请君跟帖一篇,看我们谁能吸引到更多优质的人来进入我们不同的行业吧。
